I think that this place is very odd. There is so much freedom and running around, I cannot understand why the professors would allow such behavior to go unpunished. If people behave like this at Durmstrang, they would be severely punished and wouldn't do it again. But here it seems as if the students can do whatever they please. I do not like the lack of rules at all. It is not healthy for people to be above the law, it leads to thinking that they are better than they are.
I also do not like the fact that I cannot understand what all people are saying. It makes me feel unintelligent, and that is not a feeling I enjoy. I will try to write in English for now on. The more practice, the better I will become, nein?

I do glaube think that the Bibliothek Library is very well stocked. This pleases me, für for I love to read more than anything else. And the air is mild. I am very glad that the people of Hogwarts are allowing us to share their school. I have met a few people that were sehr freundlich very kind. This place is not home, but I am thankful to be here. Einige der Zeit.
